We see children, teens, young adults, couples, and adults. Here is how our insurance options work.
Aetna
We are in network with Aetna. You can see one of our clinicians in our Santa Clarita office or via video/telehealth. Request an appointment and we will verify your benefits first.
Cigna
We are in network with Cigna. You can see one of our clinicians in our Santa Clarita office or via video/telehealth. Request an appointment and we will verify your benefits first.
Kaiser Permanente
We see Kaiser members. Availability varies by clinician, so reach out and we will tell you what is open and match you with the right person.
Medi-Cal and Medicare
We are enrolled Medi-Cal providers and can see many Medi-Cal members. Because Medi-Cal plans differ, some managed care plans require a separate contract, and we are working on joining more of them. Reach out and we will confirm whether your plan works before you book. We also accept Medicare.

***We can also bill client for out of network coverage (PPO) and provide a superbill for reimbursement. Reach out for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a fee of $65. Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so is the client’s responsibility to pay. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled session. Please note this fee does not apply to everyone. Clients with Medi-Cal or Medicare, and clients being seen through our free program for ages 25 and under, are not charged late cancellation or no show fees. We still ask for 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Important Notice -
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
